Cancellation policy

Please note that reservations cannot be cancelled.

As a seasonal business, it is difficult for us to re-rent our domes on short notice and to plan events and courses accordingly. Since our domes are open year-round, we kindly ask you to be certain of your booking before confirming.

Terms and conditions

Disclaimer

Please note the following terms and conditions regarding your stay at our glamping site:

1. Changes to Accommodation

Variations: Tents and interiors may differ from the pictures shown on our website or in our marketing materials.

Upgrades: We are continuously improving our accommodation. New or upgraded tents may appear, including changes in colors or replacement with bubble domes. All guests will be informed of any upgrades or changes.

Damaged tents: If a tent is found to be damaged or unsuitable before your arrival, we will inform you as soon as possible. In such cases, we will offer:

  • Relocation to alternative accommodation, or
  • Changing your reservation to a new arrival date (subject to availability).

2. Guest Responsibilities

Supervision of children: Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children during their stay. The area is natural with uneven terrain; please be careful when moving away from marked paths.

Food storage: To preserve our natural surroundings, all food waste must be disposed of properly in designated bins. Food and other waste must not be left in nature.

Noise levels: To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, noise must be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM and before 8:00 AM.

Pets:

  • Pets are welcome but must always be kept on a leash and must not disturb other guests.
  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not damage the facilities.
  • Certain areas may be restricted for pets for safety and environmental reasons.
  • Pets are welcome with a fee of 300 DKK. Pets are not allowed in the beds or on the furniture.

3. Safety & Nature Consideration

Fire safety:

  • Open fires, grills, or campfires are only allowed in designated areas and must always be supervised.
  • Guests are responsible for ensuring all fire sources are completely extinguished before leaving them.

First aid & emergencies:

  • A first aid kit is available on-site, but guests should bring their own if needed.
  • In case of emergencies, guests must immediately contact staff or local authorities.

Sustainability & nature:

  • Guests are encouraged to minimize waste and use reusable materials.
  • Picking flowers, feeding wildlife, or damaging vegetation is not permitted.
  • Use of chemical products in natural water sources is strictly prohibited.

4. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Acceptance of risk: Guests acknowledge that camping in nature involves certain risks, such as falling trees, uneven terrain, and natural hazards.

Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. We are not liable for losses or damages, including indirect or financial losses. Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings. Travel insurance covering accidents, illness, or cancellations is strongly recommended.

5. Prices & Payment

  • Prices: Stays vary depending on season and number of nights. All prices include breakfast and access to facilities unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Cancellation: Bookings are non-refundable.

6. Facilities & General Conditions

  • Use of Facilities: Fires are only allowed in designated fire pits and wood stoves. Quiet hours are from 00:00 – 07:00.
  • Check-in/out: Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Late check-out may incur additional fees.
  • Respect for nature: Guests are asked to respect the animals, other guests, and the natural environment at all times.
